Raphaëlle PICARD, Claude GALLIN and André PICARD, their collaborators and partners welcome you to their website. VISION VIP is a team of professionals in the construction sector, led by 2 transformation-passionate men.

For more than 12 years now, we have been searching for new “experiments” concerning the transformation of an already existing building; this can be in- or outside transformation works, extension, raising, renovation, decorating, landscape adjustment works or even specific constructions such as verandas, pergolas, pools, or ponds.

The experience we have gained in the exercise of our profession as Architects (for respectively 22 and 36 years) has made us realize that important parameters sooner or later oblige most property owners to perform more or less important transformation works on their property in order to adapt it to their changing needs.

This really specific field of the construction sector called « TRANSFORMATION » is full of pitfalls and seems to interest very few professionals … most are more interested in building something new.

Considering that the first step the property owners look for is a free estimate, they are quickly disappointed because they can’t find one contractor to satisfy their needs, since they can’t give him any concrete data.

In addition to creating questions, this stage will soon lead the property owner to several hesitations. Where and how do we have to start? How- if we need one – do we choose the Architect? How do we make a choice between a General Contractor and separate guilds? So many questions that could remain unanswered…

This is where VISION VIP - an office for consultancy, design and coordination – can help property owners in a professional and independent way.

On this website we have provided some examples of our achievements. We wish to demonstrate that since we have been following a proven approach for more than 12 years in more than 600 cases, we can make your dream come true (instead of creating a nightmare), so you will soon say, as most of our Clients do,
